Please note that our townhome allows a maximum of 2 cars (free front yard parking).

Property has a huge covered courtyard, which is shared with the other part of duplex (also a rental, both parts can be rented together) and has bbq grill, outdoor kitchen with wet bar, large communal table and projector with screen. Courtyard and covered corridor with a dry bar and closets separate both parts of a duplex .

Perfectly situated just a mile away, you'll find the Fort Gatling community pool, an inviting destination for a refreshing swim (admission fee: $2 per person). Rest easy knowing that our townhome provides essential household items upon your arrival. While we do not restock like hotels, we encourage you to replenish any depleted supplies at your convenience.
